This is my first ever cache hide! You are looking for a medium size
camo'd lock-n-lock container.
Hunting Run Park is a new park facility at Hunting Run Reservoir
situated on approximately 25 acres. This project is being completed
in phases and consists of a rental fishing facility to include
check station, restrooms, picnic shelter, ADA Fishing Pier, access
roadway, boat ramp and parking facility. Constuction is complete
for Phase I. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Saturday,
September 29, 2007, at the boat ramp.The Phase I project provides a
gravel access road, temporary boat rental facility, parking area,
fishing pier and boat ramp.
Park hours are:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 6AM - Dusk or 8PM (Whichever Comes First)
Friday: 6AM - Dusk or 8PM (Whichever Comes First)
Saturday: 6AM - Dusk or 8PM (Whichever Comes First)
Sunday: 6AM - Dusk or 8PM (Whichever Comes First)
THE CACHE CAN BE FOUND EVEN WHEN THE PARK
IS CLOSED. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ENTER THE PARK TO FIND IT. SIMPLY PARK
AT THE FRONT GATE. THE CACHE IS VERY CLOSE TO
THERE.
The Curse:
This is a cursed cache for all
First-To-Finders out there. If you are the FTF for a cache in this
series, you are cursed with the obligation to place another “Curse
of the FTF” hide within 2 months, thereby extending the
series.
CACHE GUIDELINES:
1. The FTFer should place the next cache in the series (The
Curse of the FTF #23) within 2 months. Otherwise, the curse will
prevent you from ever getting another FTF again. Now, wouldn’t that
be troubling?!
2. You can only be a FTF for this series once. This spreads the
FTF love around and gives others a chance to play along.
3. The cache can be any type of hide – traditional, puzzle,
multi, etc.
4. You must include this set of guidelines in your new listing
for the series. Please list all those who have been cursed before
you as well.
A NOTE: This cache idea originated in Fredericksburg VA.
Since several other FTF series have popped up in adjoining caching
territories, our string needs to stay confined somewhat. It is
suggested that any caches in our group series stay within a 25-mile
radius of Fredericksburg. Let there be no further crossings of the
Potomac into Maryland!
