This cache is one of a series set at or near churches in Walsall. Thanks to The Washers and Izzy & the Lizard King for their Shropshire Church Gems which inspired us.
Independanct Chapel Coppice Lane is a hidden gem I found when I was caching in this area. It is a simply styled non conformist chapel, which features magnificent long round headed windows with brick facing, and round window at the front of the building. It has an inscription stone at the front dating the building to 1858.
I could find very little information about this chapel. Sadly is no longer used as a place of worship and has been converted to a dwelling.
The cache is a small magnetic key holder containing log and FTF badge. Please remember to bring your own pen or pencil.
