The name of this one comes from a line in a song by Billy Joel, "It's Still Rock 'n' Roll to Me". This is a restaurant open for breakfast and lunch only, I believe Monday-Saturday. Cache was hidden on a Sunday, completely Muggle-Free so it's a good weekend and after-hours cache. Happy Hunting!
