This is a cache located near the Bordeaux Trading Post
historical marker. This marker is adjacent to the Museum of the Fur
Trade, which makes it on private property, but it has been placed
with the approval of the Museum staff. Please be a good example of
the geocaching community and afford the area the respect it
deserves. The terrain is level and you can park close to the cache
site. You do not need to cross any fences to find this cache.
This is a good cache for kids and the whole family. The adjacent
museum charges a small fee for their tour, but it is well worth the
time and money. The tour is not needed to find this cache, but it
will give you a great history lesson and perspective about frontier
life. Please respect the area, CITO if needed, use stealth if
warranted, and rehide as you find it for the next cacher. Thank you
