Had to fix the problem of a park in St. Norbert WITHOUT a geocache!
Cache is hidden in lock and lock container, accessible from 2 directions. Contains a first to find certificate, a pinwheel geocoin, and other tradable items. This cache is hidden on our anniversary. Hope you can also have some "Magical Moments" while on the hunt for this one.

After Swylie told us of the hole near by, we contacted hydro and the area has been flagged. They will be filling it in soon.
Stay away from the flagging!!
