This property was formerly a resort and tavern called Leonards. It was a popular destination for city people as well as the locals. The 14.26-acre site along Lakewood Road, 5 miles west of I-5, northwest of Marysville, was acquired by Snohomish County in 1996 and opened for public use in 2006. Now it offers a playground, fishing dock and short hiking trails.
