Geo13's recent abundance of Richmond County caches (his 'Country Roads' and 'Richmond County Signs' series of caches) has inspired this set of Richmond County caches. Although we have placed caches seemingly all over the state, there's plenty of history right here at home!!
You are looking for a regular sized lock-and-lock container with the usual swag at the location of a mystery.
What in the world had enough force to twist these full grown trees along the Richmond/Scotland county line seemingly like matchsticks??
Was it a tornado? If so, why are some of the trees affected, while others are not?
Was it a bear? Some bear!!
Was it a force beyond our imagination?
We don't pretend to know, but if you would care to venture a guess, we'd love to hear it!!
