St. Maurice Cemetery is a beautiful old cemetery still in use today. The cache is a small container.

WARNING - there is a strand of barbed wire underneath the grass where the cache is and you'll be sticking your fingers near it to look for the cache!!
While we were out wandering in the wilds we saw an ancient looking cross. The St. Maurice Cemetery was established in 1911 and used till 1944 as is written on the monument on top of the hill by both Roman and Greek Catholics. Obviously the cemetery is active again as there are fresh sites further on. There is a burial site close by that predates the cemetery. The headstone of the ancient burial site dates 1824 - 1883. This cache is placed for the SCAR09 event and should not be sought out till 5:30 on May 29th. Any logs posted before then will be regrettfully deleted.
