Les Amis du Moulin de Baissey vous invitent à découvrir un moulin à eau, situé à proximité de la rivière de la Vingeanne, et dont les premières mentions remontent au XVème siècle. Au cours de votre visite, la roue à aubes, les meules et autres engrenages se remettront en mouvement pour produire devant vous de la farine et, ainsi, vous faire partager le savoir-faire des meuniers d'antan.
La cache se situe sur la droite du bief, au-dessus du moulin.

The watermill dates from the 15th century. During the tour, see the mill wheel, the millstones and the cogs and gears turning and moving to give visitors an insight into the expertise of the millers of old.
