Cache is a camo-d Tupperware juice container and should be a relatively easy find. Parking is available at Gibb's Hill Lighthouse.
See below for Trailhead Coordinates
Welcome to Tribe Road #2, which isn't really a "road" at all, but a footpath through the woods. You are also standing on a piece of Bermuda's history, created in the early 1600's. Back then, Parishes were known as "Tribes" and "Tribe Roads" divided the land and subdivided lots. Most Tribe Roads run North/South and provided access to the shore. While 40 originally existed, 30 remain and some are difficult to locate!
Tribe Road #2 intersects with the Bermuda Railway Trail. While the railway was only active between 1931 and 1948, there are some beautiful views off this section of the trail which is not far from the cache. If you came by cruise ship, and you're berthed at the Naval Dockyards, you can see your ship. Alternatively, take in the views from the platform at the top of Gibb's Hill Lighthouse.
On your way back, keep an eye out for the two resident roosters. If you don't see them, you'll probably hear them!
Timings from the trailhead coordinates (St. Anne's Rd at the base of Gibb's Hill Lighthouse) to the geocache should be less than 2 minute walk, 2 more minutes will get you to the Railway Trail. Please watch your step as the path is a little steep and there are numerous loose, small rounded sticks and rocks under the leaves which can cause the footing to be uneven.
CONGRATULATIONS TO "ESDDAN" ON THE FIRST TO FIND!!!
