Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden about 15 miles south of Yuba City near Hwy 99. Park at the end of Sacramento Avenue and walk about two-thirds mile to the south. Retrieving this cache requires some athletic ability. Do not attempt this cache by yourself or at night.

I decided to make my 250th puzzle cache a challenging one. It is not at the posted coordinates, you must address the statements below to determine the location of the hide.
