Cachen ligger en kort spasertur fra nærmeste parkeringsplass som er Leangen travbane. Vær vennlig å gå rundt åkeren.
The cache is located a short walk from the closest parking place, which is Leangen horse racing track. Please do not walk through the field.
Cachen er en plastikkboks med loggbok, noen små plastfigurer og en lommelykt.
St. Hanshaugen er en høyde på Rotvoll, sør for Ranheimsvegen og øst for Grev von Schmettows Allé. Største høyde er 72 moh. Haugen som på 1700-tallet utgjorde en del av parkanleggene på Rotvoll, ble under den 2. verdenskrig benyttet til krigsgravplass for sovjetiske fanger. De døde er senere begravet andre steder.
En krigsfangeleir lå mellom jernbanelinjen og Ranheimsvegen.
The cache is a small plastic box with a log, some small plastic figures and a flash light.
St.Hanshaugen is a hill located at Rotvoll, south of Ranheimsvegen and east of Grev von Schmettows Allé. Highest altitude is 72 m above the see level. The hill, which in the 18th century was a part of the park around Rotvoll, was during the second world war used as a cematory for Russian prisoners. They have later on been moved to other cematories.
A prison camp was located between the railway and Ranheimsvegen.
