The Black Rock Beacon is sponsoring a Mega Caching Event this year at Burning Man. The coordinates listed are merely coordinates to the festival in Nevada. Each day, you will need to pick up a copy of the Beacon -- Burning Man's best and only -- daily newspaper to receive the coordinates for the cache (moved daily).
There will be two caches placed each day the Beacon puts out a paper. The First to Find will be gifted with a specially minted Black Rock Beacon Principles Geocoin.
Please stop by the Black Rock Beacon Camp at Evolution and 5:30 (near Center Camp) at 11:30am each morning to socialize and discuss the next day's Beacon Cache. Bring items you would like included in the caches and ideas for the daily placement.
You can also stop by Black Rock Beacon Camp any time to pick up a paper or to get more information regarding the caches. You will also find issues of The Beacon distributed in paper boxes in Center Camp and throughout Black Rock City.
