The Cache is located in Mill Creek Park very near one of the newer playgrounds. We, as a community, are very lucky to have such a beautiful wonder of nature; please keep it that way. This area of the park is relatively well kept, however CITO is always welcome in the park.
This Cache is placed with the help of our 9 month old daughter. We live a few miles from here and this is one of the only playgrounds that we have found that has infant swings. She loves it!! We encourage you to bring your own children and let them enjoy this small yet entertaining playground. There are picnic tables and grills located in this area, as well as restrooms (although they are the non-running water park type).
We, like many cachers, are sometimes in such a rush to grab lots of caches that we don't always take the time to enjoy the areas where the caches are located. We encourage you to enjoy this wonderful park and this area in particular; make an afternoon of it, have a picnic, play on the playground, or fly a kite....then when your done - grab some of the 15 or so caches located within a mile radius of here.
The cache is a medium sized clear lock and lock container. The original contents are:
a card for a free pint of Handel's ice cream for the FTF
a box of crayons
a deck of cards
a bottle of scented bubbles
some plastic stars
a stretchy bug
a spinning top
a light up yo-yo
a log book & pen
