This is the fifth day of my series, placing one cache a day west of Springfield until it rains. This is a park and grab cache on a country road that leads nowhere. The cache is a medium size pill bottle with a log in it and some foreign coins. Bring your own pen. There are magnets on the cache.
When you stop to nab this one, you can park near it. There won't be much traffic if any. You will have a few steps on grass that may or may not be mowed but there really is no bushwhacking or critters to worry about. NOTE: Even though you can get very close to this cache from Interstate 44, you SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DO SO. You should approach this one from the north, NOT from I44. The challenge is figuring out how to drive to it, but its paved all the way.
