[ENG] Facile cache vicino al lago di Alleghe
[ENG] Alleghe is a village in the province of Belluno,
Veneto, NE Italy. The first data regarding this village date from
12th century. In 1771 (January, 11) a big landslide from Mt.Piz
caused the buring of three little villages, the closing of the
river Cordevole and the creation of the lake. Now, the lake has a
max depth of 55 m and is a well-known touristic destination. This
is an easy cache hidden near the banks of lake Alleghe, in the
woods, in the middle of a funny path. Near the cache you can find
some picnic tables and other play-time facilities. Scenic view to
make shot and to bask in the sun... Good luck! :D
[ITA] Alleghe è un paese in provincia di Belluno. Fonti
storiche attestano l'esistenza della comunità di Alleghe già da
prima del 12° secolo d.C. L'11 gennaio 1771 una grande frana si
staccò dal Monte Piz, provocando il seppellimento di tre piccoli
villaggi, la chiusura temporanea del fiume Cordevole e, quindi, la
formazione del lago. Oggi il lago è profondo al massimo 55 metri ed
è una nota località turistica. La cache è nascosta lungo una
passeggiata che costeggia il lago, tra la riva e il bosco, in un
posto attrezzato con tavoli da pic-nic e altre strutture. Posto
incantevole per fare foto panoramiche e prendere il sole. Se hai la
