A nice little walk/hike between Sierra Hwy., and the 14 freeway.
Hey Baking Fans!
Since I was just a little cupcake, I always remember driving South on the 14 freeway and would always check out and admire the flame burning from the top of a tall pipeline at the oil refinery located down below.
Years passed, and now as a big cupcake I am free to roam and I decided to walk back to where I used to enjoy looking at that cool refinery.
Well I didn't make it all the way back, because I feel at some point it would probably be trespassing into unsafe area, but if Sprinkles was with me, she would have egged me on.
Anyway, I made a little side track and started enjoying all the trees, and how the are freshly labeled Oak trees. So cool to see we embrace them, rather than bulldoze them.
I may have not made it all the way to my childhood spot, but I think that I would rather keep that image, then to let the grafitti and rust ruin it.
