The area behind this cache is actually called the North End Reservoir managed by the Tacoma Public Utilities and serves the businesses and residences of the North End of Tacoma and the City of Ruston.
This is an easy find and there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to trample the landscaping or get close to the fence.
