Geocache Description:

This is my first cache, so I am going to make it easy.

A standard cache in a small clip and lock container situated close to the site of the old derelict cotton mill which was built in 1786, it was later converted to a corn mill in 1886. The building still stands but it is now windowless, The Mill house was converted into a restaurant in recent years but this is now closed and is now in a state of disrepair as well.

Parking is available on the lay by near the mill on the A632.
