H.L.S.? Multi-Cache

Two stage multi-cache nowhere near Harvard Law School.
This is a fairly straight forward multi-cache in a small community park. Park hours are not posted but I imagine the park closes at dark. In winter, the kids bring their sleds here, or to the slightly bigger hill across the creek.
Currently, the park has no name. There is a tree near the front dedicated to Douglas Kline, former president of H.L.S. I couldn't figure out who Mr. Kline is or what H.L.S. means.
The final container is a painted 2-quart lock-and-lock. There is plenty of room for trades. Please trade fairly and please rehide well so the cache is not accidentally discovered by muggles.
