The cache is located on the far end of Fayette State Park. You will need to walk through the historic village to find the cache. There are a total of three caches placed in the area. Make ceratin you visit all three.
Remember state parks have a enterance fee.
The cache is located at the far end of the park with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The terrian is easy and well worth the walk.
The students of the Hannahville Indian School 6th and 7th grade hid three caches in the Fayette Area, with permission from the Michigan State Parks and the Park Supervisor. The students hope to increase traffic to the park site. Fayette is a great place to visit and it holds a lot of history. The hiding of geocaches is part of a Service Learning Project funded by Learn and Serve America.
When visiting Fayette please let the Fayette Supervisor know you were in to find the cache and thank him for his support of geo caching!
There is a small fee for entering the park!
