This cache was hidden for the SCAR event, and should not be sought out until after 5:30pm on May 29/09. Any logs submitted before that will be deleted.
Conquest, as you will see driving to it from any direction, is the Caragana Capital. Caragana are shrubs or small trees that grow little flowers on them that develop into peapods. They were planted in this area as shelterbelts, to prevent wind erosion of soil and to help keep snow in the fields during winter. They are also drought-resistant. During the heat of the summer their pods burst open, making little popping noises.
That said, this cache was not hidden in caragana. (I can feel bobbarley thanking me from the other side of the province...)
