Geocache Description:

This is a three stage multi stage to finish the Beechcraft Connection series. Some bushwhacking may be required, but it is your choice. Approximately 15 minutes of walking time.

The Burlington Northern Railroad was a United States-based railroad company operating between 1970 and 1996. It was the product of a March 2, 1970, merger comprising the Great Northern Railway, the Northern Pacific Railway, the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, and the Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway. On December 31, 1996, the Burlington Northern merged with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway to form the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway. On January 24, 2005, the railroad's name was officially changed to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, or BNSF Railway.

The abandoned portion of railway this cache series is located on used to service the original Beech Aircraft Corporation, or Beechcraft, founded in 1932. Some of the original railroad ties are still in place where it connected to the main East/West BN railway, now part of the Rails to Trails program.

The posted coordinates will take you to the beginning of the Beechcraft service rails. Here you will be looking for instructions to stage two on some of the old rail debris, within about 6 feet of the edge of the trail.

Stage two is a camouflaged matchstick container at the base of the tree located ON the path. In it you will find instructions to the final location.

The Final is a well hidden .50 Cal Ammo Can.
