FARMING ISLAND
I took a kayak trip out to the island with "Fun Adventures". While at the island, Fun Adventures activated the island with his mobile radio gear and contacted a few amateur radio (HAMS). While he was doing this, I searched out a spot to put another cache. The trails did not continue very far from the little campsite and I needed to do some bushwhacking.
The terrain rating is a 5 due to the fact that you need a boat in the summer to access the cache. Once on the island there is only a short distance of bushwhacking. Enjoy your stay on Farming Island!!
