Geocache Description:

The cache is a camo taped drink cooler located near Bond Falls, my favorite place in the entire U.P.

There is parking by the gift shop west of the bridge. If you want to park closer to the cache, drive east on Bond Falls Road over the spillway bridge. There will be an area on the south side of the road with plenty of room to park. If you drive any further east, you will be by the campsites which are fee areas and the shoulder of the road begins to narrow.
After you find the cache, be sure to hike down to the bottom of the falls. I have placed a new cache at the bottom of the falls.
You can easily spend a few hours at Bond Falls. I'm sure it will become one of your favorite places in the U.P. as well.

The dam construction is, for the most part, now over. The parking area east of the spillway is once again available. The flowage should soon return to normal after being drawn down for much of 2009 and all of 2010.
