This one is located in Catskill NY and should be easy.......
IF the muggles don't get 'ya!!
These caches are ALWAYS chock full of muggles! I've even made this one a three star difficulty due to this, so PLEASE do your best to be stealthy so this won't get muggled too often! It may help to bring a geo-buddy with you to be a lookout, or at least remember to wear your invisibility cloak!

In order to make this cache a bit more muggle resistant, I've slightly changed the style of this cache.
