The above coordinates are bogus!
You will have to work around the golf balls to find the real coordinates.
This cache is easily accessible to all in any kind of weather.

In order to solve this you will have to pick a number from around the golf ball, then draw a straight line across from it. You then subtract the smaller number from the larger number. The rest of the instructions are at the bottom of each golf ball.
