A Puzzle from China Mystery Cache

They say your brain is more powerful than a computer!
The page coordinates shown are for one of the many huge pits dug over the last few decades. The parking waypoint suggested is just off the Wotter to Lee Moor road by a locked gate beside a bridleway sign with enough room for about half a dozen cars. The area is popular with dog walkers, but there are sheep and ponies around as well.
Cache is hidden under some large rocks.
Cache container is the usual 'clip lock' box with a log, pencil and swappy things. Room for a few GC's or small TB's.
Nice and simple to work out, no crosswords or anagrams this time.
