Geocache Description:


St James' Church, Saul

St. James has a Perp embattled tower, and nave with Perp windows on the south.
The church was altered and enlarged in 1863-65 by T. Fulljames who rebuilt the chancel and added the north aisle. There is a four-bay 19th C north nave arcade. The font is a Norman tub-shaped bowl on a modern circular pillar support.
