Geocache Description:

Just off the trail about seven paces, directly in front of a bench overlooking Smithville Lake.

The Cache is a small container with some small trade items, just off a paved trail in front of a bench overlooking the lake. This is a great place to watch the sunset. These trails are very nicely kept paved trails with some dirt trails coming off of them. I would say this is a good place for CITO. There are even trash bags at the trail head. We didn't see a bit of trash while we were there though.
Watch out for poison ivy and ticks in the late spring and summer. There should be no bushwacking involved, but there is the presence of poison ivy.
