Geocache Description:

American Legion Post 21 incomplete

One of the oldest American Legion Post in the area, Named for war hero TC Carter
The post has approximately one hundred members that are up in age. Funds are low and attendance is down. This building is not complete inside for like of money to complete the stage and walls. Easy park and grab. Near the truck stop on I-20. CITO welcome.
