confluenceman: Multis were fun to set out, but were never that popular with the caching base. I'll archive them as challenges occur.

A simple four part multi that takes you through an obscure part of the Hanover Ma. Greenway. The flora is diverse, the trees are huge, and there are strange sights from ancient days.
The trail begins at the dead end of Willow Road. There are several trails in the parcel, but none of them form a loop; so this multi will come & go on the same path. The first stage is at the Indian camp pictured above. All stages are 8 oz juice bottles with orange caps, and a stick showing the next stage coordinates. Rehide well; kids make use of the greenway. The forest contains pine trees, huge in girth as well as height. There are hemlock & beech groves. The trail continues to abandoned bogs; overrun by pine forest decades ago. Continuing, there are some hummocks and hollows, and wetlands full of skunk cabbage. Boards and logs have been placed to make the stream crossings easy. You will come to a clearing used by the town's water department. At that point you must turn and head back.
No bushwhacking is required. Poison ivy is minimal, and not present at any stage. There is an interesting artifact located near the final. I don't know the story behind it; anyone who finds out, please let me know.
