In an effort to bring more caches to this area, the Eastwood Area Cache Series is being started. These are caches that are either in or very close to the Eastwood School District area. These caches will highlight important places with historical reference or places that were just important while growing up. Have fun.
Welcome to Pemberville and the Legion Field. The field was named after the American Legion Post 183 which is very active in this town. The legion was started in 1921 and is still going strong today with Legion, Auxiliary, and S.A.L. groups helping out. This field has seen many good ball players over the years and is still used everyday in the summer time. There is playground equipment for the kids and a shelter house for picnics.
On to the cache. You are searching for a NANO cache. Please use stealth on this one. If a game is in progress, you might want to come back. No great FTF prizes here. Just the satisfaction of being first. Happy Hunting.
