"In Between" is an EZ cache that has been set for a geocaching initiation on Newcastle Island. The spot gives you a nice point of view on the Port of Nanaimo and the city centre. If you continue on this trail toward the ferry dock, you'll find ruins of a sandstone quarry on Newcastle Island.
Because most of the caches on the Island require several minutes of walk from the ferry, we installed two new caches near the docks. The cache has been installed for a Geocaching initiation given to students from the French Immersion program at École Quarterway school. Please re-hide the container carefully.
