While sitting on the beach i noticed the island off the coast that I thought would be suitable for a cache, but being a poor swimmer. I decided to place the cache on the main island. Placing was a spur of the moment thing, so used what we had with us. The container is a Nano. The beaches themselves are clothing optional and well worth a visit if your not offended by nudity. They might be accessible easier than I am aware. We walked around the coast from San Marino, but I think there maybe a route suitable for vehicles that gets you closer. Like many of the other caches on Rab, This one was placed by a visitor. We would be grateful if people could check the condtion of the cache, And do some minor repairs (drying the container etc) if needed. Hope you have fun exploring Rab, and the beaches nearby.
Waehrend ich am Strand sass, bemerkte ich eine Insel von der Kueste isoliert, welche ich fuer einen geeigneten Platz fuer den cache hielt. Da ich jedoch kein guter Schwimmer bin entschied ich mich den Cache doch auf der Insel rab zu verstecken. Das ganze war eine spontane Idee, sodass wir benutzten was wir mit uns dabei hatten. Der Cache ist ein Nano. Die Straende selber geben einen frei wie viel man traegt. Wenn einem FKK nicht stoert, sind die Straende auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Es ist moeglich, dass man den Ort auch einfacher erreicht, bin mir aber nicht sicher. Wir gingen an der Kueste entlang von San Marino aus. Warscheinlich gibt es auch einen Weg der befahrbar ist mit Auto oder Fahrrad in der Naehe. Der Cache wurde errichtet mit der Hilfe von the.flower.of.life.
Wie viele andere Caches auf Rab, wurde auch dieser von Urlaubern errichtet.Wir waeren sehr dankbar, wenn Cacher die Verfassung des Caches ueberpruefen koennten und wenn moeglich reparieren (wie zb behaeltner trocknen), falls noetig.
