The "HH" in the title signifies this cache as a History Hunt. Interesting piece of history. Where you are standing..well WILL be standing, is the former site of Bath Township High School. The plaque reads: This plaque marks the site of an early Bath Township High School, used from 1905 to 1924, forerunner of the present Fairborn School System. Plain in design, simple in construction, it was representative of hundreds of American schools of this period whose devoted facilities educated future generations in the culture, resourses, and traditions of a great nation and people. Seems like quite a very AMERICAN statement. I tried to look up anything else I could find online, but I found nothing. Feel free to send me anything any of you find. Of note, SirLawrence mentioned in his log from 2019 that the bricks for the monument were from the school's foundation! I thought I had read everything here, but definitely missed that tidbit.
SITE WELL MAINTAINED SO PLEASE REPLACE AS FOUND OR IT WILL BE MUGGLED!!!
