Instrument flight rules (IFR) are regulations and procedures for flying aircraft by referring only to the aircraft instrument panel for navigation. Even if nothing can be seen outside the cockpit windows, an IFR-rated pilot can fly while looking only at the instrument panel. An IFR-rated pilot can also be authorized to fly through clouds, using Air Traffic Control procedures designed to maintain separation from other aircraft.

3)Go to WP3, turn left heading 236,flight level 15,000ft, no limited air speed,62.17miles to next WP.Go direct to12388ft Mt.??.
4)After Intersept WP3,Go to WP4, tight turn left heading 073,decent flight level 1,500ft. no limited air speed,39.79miles to next WP.
5)Go to WP5,turn left heading 048,air speed 120kt,decent flight level 1,000ft.10.71miles to next WP.
6)If you visual contact a landing runway, continues decent and approach to landing runway 35.Cleared for landing.
7)After landing your aircraft. Taxing to end of the runway and look for it.
