A great spot to observe agents of the North crossing the bridge to plant their caches in the west.
Visit the above co-ordinates and sit a while and take note of any northern agents heading west, under no circumstances take a shot from here without our president's approval.
Be very careful of the sniper, he may appear from any location. Watch the video below to see some of his tactics. He has been known to place small camouflaged containers all over this area.
