Geocache Description:

The Eureka Depot cache is reborn as a multi!

1917 Sante Fe Train Depot Find the little bronze medallion affixed near the NE corner of the depot and log a benchmark while you're at it! See (visit link) Please don't drive on the bricks!

The Atchison, Topeka, and Sante Fe railroad depot in Eureka, Kansas was built in 1917. The depot had tracks running along both sides of the building and was surrounded by a brick-paved surface. The depot was built at a cost of $14,400 in a time of a local oil boom by relatives of the founders of the Sante Fe railroad.

For those who enjoy a challenge, if you're standing at the caches coords, look north and you have the cache right in your "sights". Don't mees with the gas meter - it is not related to the cache.

The cache is a little piece of pipe with "geocache" written all over it. Should be finger-tight. Bring your own pen. Be sure to put the cache back in it's original hiding place.
