How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of 5 caches placed near one of our favourite moorings on the South Oxford Canal, affectionately named ‘The Pylon’. They can be done as stand alone caches or all done together in a circular walk – well more like a 6! Although the walking is easy, the towpath and footpaths can get muddy. Remember to take care of mini geo-cachers by the water.

Most of our caches are placed alongside the canal as we live on our narrowboat ‘Tia’ from which we run a business selling environmentally responsible products to fellow boaters. This cache is along a footpath that shortcuts a loop of the canal between Bridge 127 and Bridge 126. The cache is a micro. Please replace exactly as found.

A ‘First to find’ badge is enclosed - claimed by Stelson- congratulations

I’m afraid that we have no idea what the road access is like for this cache.
