Geocache Description:


This is our first cache so bear with us!! We decided on this place and the title because everything here used to look different. Our house has been here for over 30 years and for most of those... i have too!! This location used to be a field... where i have a distinct memory of a hot air baloon landing as a child! Then they turned it into hills... where we would sled all winter and occasionally ice skate... Then a drug emporium... that didnt last... and more recently home to Borders books store... which we frequently visited. Unfortunately it has fallen subject to the chain of halloween stores... so we'll see what happens next. Everything but the memories are gone!... so we'd like you all to help make more!!

Now, down to business... the cache!... it's VERY small!! Its actually the piece from a digital camera wrapped in camo. Its about eye level for an adult. Parking is more than available and its not that rough to get to. There are a few very loud dogs around here but... unless they jump the fence... they're harmless... seriously! Our cache guard dog usually lets us know when there are visitors so... don't be alarmed. During the summer, the family will more than likely be in the pool... If not... we're watching, so wave!!

Please initials only and bring a pen... there definatly isnt any room in the cache!... we originally put a tool inside the cache to get the log out... it has since been changed so... bring some tweezers just in case!

Congrats TUG for the first find!!... we'll be sure not to bombard the next finder with our presence!! HAHA! Thanks for all the helpful advice... See ya 'round!
