This cache is on the typical route to Panama City, Florida. It is located in Luverne Alabama, the friendliest city in the South. While there is NO gas, there is/was friendly service at the historic Welch Auto/Tire Supply. If owner is one site, perhaps and additional hint will be provided if needed. Bring your own pen.
