This Lock-N-Lock is located near a trailhead on the South Fork of Little Joe Creek. You don't have to cross the foot bridge to find this one, in fact you don't really have to leave the road. It's hard to get a good reading here and since I don't want anyone to travel this far for a DNF...the cache is directly across the road from the sign.
