Geocache Description:

This is a straight-forward hide. Really easy but I thought this place needed another cache. The cache is a 35mm film canister with log only. Parking available within a few feet. No night caching!!

When I asked K-9 what to call the cache she replied that it was fairly close to a particular stoplight she despises. She goes through here everyday to work and she said it is supposed to change with traffic but that it is erratic and changes for no reason and sometimes in mere seconds of time. Thus, the name of the cache.
