Lot of Nothing Traditional Cache

I often drive by the area and wonder what and when something will be built here. For now, it is just an overgrown plot of land.
The cache is a regular-sized plastic container. There is a bendable flashlight and small binoculars for the first finder that wants them. I forgot to leave a pen, so you will need to bring your own.
