Cachen er plassert på en snuplass ved en gammel grensepassering mellom Norge og Russland. Denne grensepasseringen blei brukt av norske arbeidere når de laget kraftstasjonen i den Russiske byen Borris Gleb en gang på 60 tallet.
The cache is placed on a road turn near an old boardercrossing station between Norway and Russia. This boarderpassing was used by Norwegian workers during the building of a wather electisity fabrik. (a place where they produce elektricity) during the Sixties. The construction was in the city of Boris Gleb in Russia.
