This cache gets its name from the brightly colored yellow container. You'll see what I mean when you find it.
However, if you are not operating within the legal limit, you might have to visit the public facility across the street. I hear they serve 3 meals a day and give you a place to sleep. Basketball seems to be the exercise of choice among the guests.
Heavy canopy causes the signal to bounce. Be patient and use skill.
