Located only as far as the end of the road going up towards St. Joseph Peak.
The cache itself is not the reward for this one. The observation point at the end of the road is more than worth the drive. The trail and the cache are just a bonus.
We placed this cache because of the sheer beauty of the area and because sometimes us cachers need a reason to discover these out of the way points.
At ground zero, there is a spot for a picnic lunch surrounded by Balsam. As you search, remember that we placed this cache with the terrain and environment in mind. There is no need to tear up the shrubbery at ground zero. Be nice!
