Geocache Description:

A number of caches placed for the camping event in June 2009.

THE YETI

The Yeti is a dashing young, strapping creature, with broad shoulders and remarkably thin legs, that can be seen wandering around the hills of Lancashire, Yorkshire and the Lakes, and even sightings as far away as Poland. It has a varied diet consisting mainly of indian cuisine (cheap) and is partial to the odd Matteson sausages (or two). It has also been known to drink Theakstons Old Peculiar THE LEGEND (whats up Lagerboy frightened you might taste something you like). The Yeti keeps itself occupied wandering the moors with the local yonner and his chunky thighed sidekick and has been seen many a Sunday sporting a Nikon D60 and various other gadgets (Yeti sized rucksack required). You many not have seen his name on many log books as he has trouble signing because of the size of his hands so he has to rely on his yonner friend with the girly hands to do this for him.
