Emån är en 229 km lång å som rinner genom orten. Emån är känd för sina storvuxna och snabbväxande havsöring. Världsrekordet för denna fisk ligger på 15,3 kg och den fångades 1993 vid Em. Även den mystiska malen har här troligen sin viktigaste lekplats i Europa.

Emån is a 229 km long stream running through the place. Emån is known for its large adult and fast growing trout. World record for this fish is of 15.3 kg and was caught in 1993 at the Em. Even the mysterious ground has probably its main playground of Europe.
